Fantasy football: Hot waiver wire pickups for Week 7

Anyone who has Indianapolis tight end Dallas Clark is likely reeling with the news he is out for the season with a hand/wrist injury. The Colts announced this afternoon (Friday) that Clark has been put on injured reserve and is out for the season.
The Colts are on the bye this week but you better act quick if you want to get his backup.
One of the hottest waiver picks over the next few days will be Colts backup tight end Jacob Tamme. With injuries to Colts receiver Austin Collie and back Joseph Addai, Tamme will be very much in the offensive mix in two weeks. Tamme is listed as the No. 2 tight end on the Colts' depth chart on the Colts web site. Of all the backup tight ends the Colts have, Tamme has the best hands and is the best receiver.
Other tight ends to consider off waivers are Pittsburgh's Heath Miller, Kansas City's Tony Moeaki and the Patriots' Aaron Hernandez.

If you need a receiver, San Diego's Patrick Crayton is a good quick fix with Malcom Floyd out with an injury. Others to consider are St. Louis newcomer Danario Alexander (72 yards and a TD last week), Buffalo's Steve Johnson and New Orleans' Robert Meachem.
The hot running back to pick up is New Orleans back Chris Ivory who had a huge game last week (158 yards) with Pierre Thomas still injured.
