FANTASY FOOTBALL WEEK 13: SUNDAY PRE-GAME PLANNER

Be advised weather conditions around the country, especially along the East Coast, will likely play havoc with fantasy performanes today.
The Giants at Washington game is expected to be dominated by Giants back Brandon Jacobs and Redskins back Clinton Portis with rain expected all day. However, Eli Manning has had success throwing in the rain in the past and should be able to connect with his receivers today.
New Orleans back Reggie Bush is finally active. While many experts are telling you to stay away from him today, I think he should post decent stats. He has struggled in the past against the Bucs's defense. But Bush has been champing at the bit to get back on the field and should post some decent numbers on the ground and in the passing game.
Also, Rams back Steven Jackson is expected to start and should get some decent stats as well.
One receiver to be wary about is Cincinnati's T.J. Houshmandzadeh. He is expected to start but has been hampered by a bad back. The report on the Bengals' Web site said he is still hurting and that could hurt his production.
If you're desperate for a QB replacement and have time to add him, take a shot with Cleveland's Derek Anderson who will play the rest of the season for the injured Brady Quinn.
Today, I also think LaDainian Tomlinson and Adrian Peterson will have exceptional performances befitting the No. 1 and No. 2 draft picks they were this season.

Good luck today!
