FANTASY FOOTBALL: WEEK 14 SUNDAY PRE-GAME PLANNER

For many of us it's fantasy football playoff time and today should be very interesting thanks to the combination of injuries and foul weather at many NFL game sites.
You surely have heard by now that Dallas back Marion Barber is out and Tashard Choice is taking his place. Choice has been grabbed off most waiver wires but be be advised that his production will be minimal. There is a 40 percent chance of snow in Pittsburgh, the temperature was around 17 at 11 a.m. and the Steelers' defense and these three items will all limit his production. The use of Choice will be to simply keep the Steelers' defense as honest as possible with most of the offense coming via the pass.
Also be wary of starting Clinton Portis who will start for the Redskins but is still very much banged up.
If you are looking for late QB help, take a chance with Chicago's Kyle Orton. He should have a decent game. Many people are picking up Houston QB Matt Schaub off the waiver wire and with the weather in the single digits at Green Bay today his production should also be limited.
I feel bad for fantasy team owners who have Indianapolis back Joseph Addai because he tweaked his knee this week and will play hurt. This means backup Dominic Rhodes will likely get more touches today and take away from Addai's production. Good luck with that scenario.
One game not getting much publicity is the Buffal0 vs. Miami game in Toronto. The game is in a dome. Expect the backs to dominate this game with Bills back Marshawn Lynch and Miami backs Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams getting some double-digit points.
Good luck today and hope you move on to the next round of your playoffs!
