FANTASY FOOTBALL: WEEK 16 PRE-GAME PLANNER-PART II

This will be the last entry for the day.
Last minute guys to play if you're stressing to get points:
BACKS - Jason Snelling, Jerious Norwood (point-per-reception leagues), Fred Taylor (active and playing today), Brandon Jacobs.
RECEIVERS - Louis Murphy (I see 15-25 points from him), Antonio Bryant (active and starting today), Chris Chambers.
TIGHT ENDS - David Thomas, New Orleans (Jeremy Shockey is out, making Thomas very fantasy relevent today).
If you want a defense with double-digit potential, play the Cowboys who should take no prisoners against Washington.
Good luck and we'll be back next week for those of you with championships in Week 17.

FANTASY FOOTBALL: WEEK 16 PRE-GAME PLANNER-DWilliams, Turner OUT

This is not what you want to hear if you're in a fantasy football league championship game today. Carolina back DeAngelo Williams and Atlanta back Michael Turner, two guys you likely selected high in your preseason draft, are inactive with ankle injuries.
Based on their recent history, this probably doesn't surprise you. But it still hurts....
If you are still looking for replacements this late in the day try Oakland back Michael Bush and Cincinnati back Larry Johnson.
Bush had a huge game last week and should be the featured back today for the Raiders. I see 80-100 yards and at least a TD for the guy against a weak Cleveland defense.
I am in two championship games and one semifinal game today and Johnson is a guy I am starting in one league with both Turner and DWilliams on my roster. Johnson faces a Chiefs team that released him in November and he will be motivated to do well. Cedric Benson will obviously start, but Johnson will get 10-15 touches and I see him getting 80-100 yards with a TD.
I believe Johnson is a must start today over many backs because of the above scenario.
