Fantasy Football: Week 11 injury update

Be advised that Kansas City tight end Tony Moeaki (consussion) is out this week as well as New Orleans back Pierre Thomas (ankle). Monitor San Diego tight end Antonio Gates who has a nagging right foot injury. He is likely out.
Jacksonville receiver Mike Sims-Walker (ankle) is listed as doubtful and unlikely to play as well.
Also note that San Diego receiver Malcolm Floyd had a setback on Friday with his hamstring injury and is iffy for his Monday night game.

The good news is it is likely Arizona back Beanie Wells, New Orleans back Reggie Bush and Minnesota receiver Sidney Rice will play in Week 11. Rice has been out all season recovering from hip surgery. He should make an immediate impact with the Vikings who have Percy Harvin and Bernard Berrian banged up.
Clinton Portis has been cleared to play this week but his backup Ryan Torain is out.

FANTASY FOOTBALL: WEEK 14 PRE-GAME PLANNER-HARVIN OUT, SIMS-WALKER IN, TURNER OUT, BELL OUT

Some key updates as of 11:45 a.m. Sunday.
Minnesota receiver Percy Harvin (migraines) is out, Atlanta back Michael Turner (ankle) is out, New Orleans back Mike Bell (knee) is out, Atlanta quarterback Matt Ryan is out.
The big surprise is Jacksonville receiver Mike Sims-Walker (calf injury) being active. Several fantasy football sites and television broadcasts were reporting Sims-Walker was out. But he is in fact active. The question is, how long will he be able to play, especially if he aggravates the injury.
If you need a back, consider New Orleans' Reggie Bush and Kansas City's Jamaal Charles. Bush has had success against Atlanta and should excel in the passing game. Charles has been on fire and very active the last four games, averaging 17 carries and combining for 10 receptions.
Receivers to pick up who could still be on your waiver wire are Oakland's Louis Murphy, Tennessee's Kenny Britt and now, with Harvin out, Minnesota's Bernard Berrian.
